Just The Facts...

I have been thinking a lot about weight loss lately. Aside from the obvious 10 or 70 pounds I need to lose, I have been wondering why I stop at a certain point in my weight loss, only to gain it back again. Believe me, there are a lot of insightful people out there-and I came across this tonight. It made my heart stop and my eyes to tear because this may be the answer I'm looking for.
